There are two nearest airports:

• Geneva Airport

Grenoble can be reached from both airports within 1.5 hours by bus or train.

Local transportation

By bike: We highly recommend to go by bike (weather permitting) which is the cheapest and often fastest way to get around in Grenoble. You can rent a bike directly next to the main train station. More information is available on the Velo+ website.

By bus/tram: Grenoble has excellent public transport. To pay for the bus/tram ticket, the best way is to using the corresponding app.

Navigating: The best way to get to the right place is to use Google Maps and this link to the conference venue (also to find the right bus/tram schedule).

Air condition:

You'll never know how hot it will be in Grenoble in summer time. We highly recommend choosing a room with an aircondition (many hotels are without, so please pay attention!)
